Game Overview
Your world is open to colonists and monsters alike. To ensure that your colonists reach their destinations and that monsters are kept out, construct bridges, tunnels, stairs, overpasses, and underpasses. Start your colony by planting a banner. More monsters will attempt to invade your colony as you bring in more inhabitants! To combat the growing menace, erect forts, dig moats, and build walls. Several diverse occupations that science can open up. Use a robust science system to acquire jobs, blocks, upgrades, and new weaponry! Your colony will initially consist of only a few copper miners, slingers, and berry producers. Employ contemporary metals like steel, iron, and bronze as your colony grows. It will take new fuels, like coke and charcoal, to produce them. Crossbows and matchlock weapons for your guards can be unlocked using more sophisticated metals. Give your colony jobs like wheat farmers, bakers, flax growers, tailors, etc.
